relaciones y vínculos entre los objetos y las personas

Dos ventanas nos invitan a pasar del exterior al interior de un hogar donde los objetos, más allá de su función práctica, pasan a activar recuerdos, experiencias vividas o momentos que envuelven nuestra memoria y nos arropan. Todos ellos nos trasladan a un tiempo y unas acciones determinadas que se generan en contextos específicos. Un palimpsesto que amalgama tiempo, relaciones y el valor de los detalles, de aquello pequeño y desapercibido que acaba siendo el amalgama de nuestro ser y estar cotidiano. 

Entre telas y elementos de nuestro entorno trato de generar estratos que se relacionan para activar vínculos entre el pasado y el presente, entre lo intangible de la memoria (esta vez tratada a través de la fotografía) y la fisicalidad de una realidad tangible (plasmada por medio de los objetos). Con este proyecto intento e​​ntender en qué momento un objeto pasa de tener un valor funcional a uno emocional o, en qué momento su valor emocional o sentimental puede llegar a ser una función que nos salve por ejemplo, del olvido de un momento o una experiencia pasada. Estas piezas me han servido de herramienta para la reflexión, la observación y el entendimiento del día a día, de aquello que somos o queremos ser.

relationships and bonds between objects and people

Two windows invite us to go from the outside to the inside of a home where objects, beyond their practical function, start to activate memories, lived experiences or moments that surround our memory and clothe us. All of them take us to a certain time and actions that are generated in specific contexts. A palimpsest that amalgamates time, relationships and the value of details, of that small and unnoticed that ends up being the amalgamation of our everyday being and being.

Between fabrics and elements of our environment I try to generate layers that are related to activate links between the past and the present, between the intangible of memory (this time treated through photography) and the physicality of a tangible reality (embodied by middle of objects). With this project I try to understand at what point an object goes from having a functional value to an emotional one, or at what point its emotional or sentimental value can become a function that saves us, for example, from forgetting a moment or a past experience. These pieces have served me as a tool for reflection, observation and understanding from day to day, of what we are or want to be.
